KNIP is a Rotterdam barbershop that cuts the way the city builds: quick hands, straight lines, no fuss. It started in 2016 with one chair in a Katendrecht harbour shed. Today it is two shops, in Katendrecht and Noord, a school, and more than 40,000 heads that walked out sharper than they came in.
